Seeking ideas for the 2018 National Landcare Conference

Intrepid LandcareIntrepid News, Community Engagement Leave a Comment

The 2018 National Landcare Conference is happening in Brisbane, 10-12 October, and we are seeking ideas from young people and networks on how to encourage and support young people to attend, be part of, and enhance a young person’s experience at a national Landcare conference.

To capture ideas, we have crafted a survey which should take about 2-5 min to fill out (or longer depending on your written responses).

The survey questions have been crafted based on previous feedback from young people who have attended (or not attended) State and National Landcare Conferences.

Please provide as much open and honest feedback as you like below, submit your out of the box ideas, and any other burning needs and ideas you would like shared, and we will pass them onto Landcare Australia conference organising committee.

We appreciate your ideas and time offered on how to support and engage young people in Landcare.

Please note that while we will do our best to present this feedback and have it incorporated into the conference program, please understand that not all ideas will be able to be accommodated. But they are great to capture and can certainly be used to inform future events and gatherings delivered by Intrepid Landcare and the broader Landcare community.

Stay up to date about the conference by visiting the official website here: nationallandcareconference.org.au

If you are thinking of presenting, calls for abstracts have now open for the conference theme ‘Landcare – Building a Better Tomorrow’

Thanks legends!
