Perth Intrepid Landcare Tree Plant

11:00 am - 2:00 pm 12/09/2021

Keen to meet other young nature-lovers in your part of the world? Perth Intrepid Landcare is launching as a new tribe in Western Australia!

Join the new crew for a day of planting along the Canning River at Jacqueline Drive in partnership with Armadale Gosnells Landcare Group and Friends of Jacqueline Drive.

Get outdoors, meet your community and help care for our environment and  make a difference.
No experience is needed, we will be working with experienced volunteers who will help guide you on the day 🙂
This will be the first of many epic adventures we will be planning to run for young people in Perth and surrounds, and we are keen to hear your ideas on what you’d like to get involved in too!
When: Sunday 12 September at 11am and running for approximately 3 hrs
On the day, look out for the signs pointing the way to the planting site.
What to bring: Please bring gloves, water bottle and wear appropriate clothes (e.g. enclosed shoes, long pants, long-sleeved shirt, hat, raincoat).
Large groups please get in touch to register – individuals welcome to just attend on the day.
RSVP: Please register via the Facebook event or for large group bookings please email perthintrepidlandcare@gmail.com
This project is supported by funding from the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attraction’s Riverbank program.
